In December 2012 Manique Gunaratne of The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon Network on Disability did a presentation on “Ethics when dealing with visually impaired persons and status of visually impaired persons” at a press conference for media persons in broadcasting services at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute. Several radio channels broadcasted this programme.
