TALENTS OF SANDARUWAN
Sandaruwan Piyawansa is an ICT trainee of The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon ICT Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities. Apart from his ICT skills he has a born talent to do portraits. Everyone visiting the ICT Training Centre gives good recommendations about his talents by seeing the picture drawn by him of Manique Gunaratne which has been kept at the centre.
