UNIVERSITY OF MORATUWA TRAINS STUDENTS ON ACCESSIBILITY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

University of Moratuwa organized a training programme on “Access to Build Environment” for the engineering and architecture students at the faculty in March 2017. The training was conducted by Ms. Manique Gunaratne of The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon ICT Training and Disability Resource Centre and Mr. Cyril Siriwardane of the Disability Organisations’ Joint Front. It is very important to train students because they are the people who will be designing and constructing buildings in the future.
