The Employers’ Network on Disability was initiated in 1999 with the support of the ILO to develop employability skills of persons with disabilities and to provide employment opportunities. The International Labour Organisation (ILO) provided an Internship opportunity for a hearing-impaired graphic designer in September 2019 to complete his NVQ level certification.
