In December 2012 Manique Gunaratne of The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon Network on Disability and Executive Committee Member of the Asian Blind Union attended the Asian Blind Union executive committee meeting and a workshop on Project Monitorization and evaluation for women with visually impairement in New Delhi, India. It was held at Hotel Meridian Plaza.
