In October 2013 Ms. ManiqueGunaratne of The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon Network on Disability was invited for a Stakeholder Consultation on Policies to Improve Inclusive Opportunities for People with Disabilities (focusing on the work of local government and the fields of vocational training/skills development and health and rehabilitation) Organized by the Ministry of Local Government and Provincial Councils in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and the support of The World Bank at TajSamudra Hotel.
