TECHNOPRENEURSHIP FOR SOCIAL CHANGE

The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon Specialised Training & Disability Resource Centre in partnership with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Cisco Sri Lanka and City Bank trained 14 persons with diverse disabilities (vision impaired, partially sighted, hearing impaired persons, physical disabilities and multiple disabilities) in Technopreneurship for Social Change in July 2019. The objective of this programme is to develop entrepreneurs with disabilities. Persons with disabilities were given the knowledge on Charging for expertise, starting a business, making a business successful, taking the initiative, enabling an e-business, providing out source services, business structures and financial literacy.
