The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon, ICT Training & Disability Resource Centre trains persons with diverse disabilities in employability skills. The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon has 680 member companies and 66 member companies in the membership of the Employers’ Network on Disability. An EFC member company which is also a member of the Employers’ Network on Disability recruited a vision impaired person into their work force to promote diversity and inclusion at work place.
