Day 1 of the training was the orientation day where participants got to know about the MIUSA staff, Interpreters, Trainers and the WILD sisters. Participants were oriented on the ground rules, demonstration of communication rules for WILD, naming the problems Focusing on solutions, Delegates sharing experiences in pair and small groups on accomplishments, challenges as a leader of a woman with a disability and WILD principles.
