The Professional Development day started with a panel discussion with the Trainers – Manique from Sri Lanka, Smitha from India and Duriya from Mongolia giving expert ideas on how to develop the professional carrier. Ms. Ranee Ratnayake from Zonta Club made a presentation on the importance of joining professional networks. Participants were trained on how to conduct the WILD Community workshops. The participants got the opportunity to be trained on Public speaking.
