The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon, ICT Training & Disability Resource Centre conducts a training in “Small Business Development” for persons with disabilities to training them on how to prepare a proper business plan. The main idea behind this programme is to develop entrepreneurs with disabilities. The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon together with its member companies created the opportunity to market their products at several “Avurudu Pola’s” in March and April 2019 to celegrate the Sinhala New Year. Persons with disabilities marketed their products at Avurudu Pola at Green Path, Colombo 7, at staff Avurudu Pola at London Stock Exchange and at the Avurudu Pola at Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC.
