The Disability Organisations’ Joint Front took another initiative in training persons with disabilities on “Strategic planning”. The programme held at the Sarvodhaya Bandaragama was conducted by Paltra and was funded by Myright in November 2016. Persons with disabilities decided on priority areas in which they should advocate for the next 5 years. Mr. Saman Hamangoda, Mr. Sasanka Mendis, Mr. Asanga Perera, Ms. Zahabia Adamali and Ms. Manique Gunaratne from The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon Network on Disability and Executive Committee Member of the Disability Organisations Joint Front conducted the sessions.
